Feature Request: Add Google Chat as an Alert Channel

Please describe.

• We currently rely on email and other channels for SigNoz alerts. However, our team primarily uses Google Chat for daily communication. Therefore, we would like to request the addition of Google Chat as an alert channel. This integration would be especially beneficial for teams already using Google Workspace.

Describe the solution you'd like

• For implementation, we can setup a webhook to send asynchronous messages into a Chat space using external triggers. More information on setting up Google Chat webhooks can be found here: Google Chat Webhooks Quickstart.
• The implementation would be similar to the existing webhook alert channel, with the primary difference being the need to format the alert messages according to Google Chat's specifications.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using Email or Slack for Alerts: We've used these but not much ideal for us since our primary communication happens in Google Chat.
