Scrollbar invisible in light mode #5204

Open jansorg opened 3 weeks ago

jansorg commented 3 weeks ago

Bug description

In light mode (using the most recent Brave browser), the scrollbar is invisible. In this screenshot, I moved the mouse over the area where the scrollbar should be: image

In dark mode (using Chrome), the scrollbar seems to be wider, but I don't know if that's caused by being Chrome or by the dark mode: image

Expected behavior

The scrollbar should be visible and usable in light and dark mode. On a 4k screen, a width of 0.1rem is just way too small to even see the scrollbar. 0.75rem seems usable here.

How to reproduce

  1. Use light mode
  2. Browse to any page large enough for a vertical scrollbar

Version information

Additional context

4k display with font scaling set to 150%.
