When a user types the COUNT() > 5 and runs the query, the having is not sent in the request payload. At the same time it stays in the UI as if it is applied; giving a wrong impression and confusing users as to why it is not taking effect. The easier fix is to try creating the having item if the user mouse hovers out from the Having to elsewhere.
In the Where clause, if the item is incomplete warn the user about the incomplete filter.
