This is one of the hardest part of signoz to manage with clickops and as far as I can see there's no API to manage them. It would be super useful to have this for managing logs at scale

@fabn Yes, we have APIs for managing pipelines:

Get pipelines - GET request to /api/v1/logs/pipelines/latest
Upsert pipelines - POST request to /api/v1/logs/pipelines/
