To attack the ss7 protocol in a real enviroment, its necessary a gsm antenna?

No not at all , only sigploit (or any other code ) and SS7 access or IPX/GRX access for GTP and diameter

gsm antennas is used to attack cell phones in the same coverage area (same as the wireless attacks done ) but SS7 is for remote exploitation and attacks
