I think that projects is a great tool to keep track of what is being worked and what is being planned on work on. It would also help others who wanted to contribute figure out what they could work on.
A wiki is useful for any large mod, which HFM is already close to achieving. The wiki could document large event chains or rework features.
Releases would simplify changelog recording and allow you just to link this github to reddit and paradoxplaza whenever you update. It would also make it easier to read past changelogs on the github.
Also allowing contributors to add tags to issues would be nice.
