Something similar to the ck2 immortality chain, in that it doesn't happen every game. Could be for when a country is already dominant over the whole continent and wants to establish legitimacy, Großdeutschland, French Empire, etc. Would go similar to Scandinavia event chain and end in tag switch and cores.
