Maybe you can change the otpions. I don´t know, complete annexation and complete release seemed like good additional options. I set the AI chance for the ahistorical options to 1 and 4% but you may as well change them to 0 if you prefer the AI two always go the historical way.

I don´t know what happened in the localisations file. As far as I know I just added five lines.
