translate pageedit_en.ts into Simplified Chinese #12

  1. I had finished to translate pageedit_en.ts into Simplified Chinese, and rename as pageedit_zh_CN.ts.
  2. I used to Qt Linguist's lrelease tool compile pageedit_zh_CN.ts to pageedit_zh_CN.qm file, and copy it to pageedit's translations subdirectory.
  3. When I run PageEdit application, it works fine, Simplified Chinese display all ok!

I am sorry but all translations are done through the Sigil project at Transifex and not via PRs just like all of the other languages Sigil and PageEdit ship with. Please work with the translations teams on Transifex.

In addition, the rule for including a translation in Sigil or PageEdit is that it must be more than 75% complete. This is why the existing zh_CN language was not imported for PageEdit-1.1.0. Work with the existing language team to reach that point and it will be included in future releases.
