Add Concept of "Groups" to the Database #106

With this PR we can now query for groups of topics.

GET https://localhost:4000/groups

This is how we will compile the homepage. This is more flexible than using a JSON file. We can then pre-populate the production database with some initial groups for the homepage.

Note: in order to run this you may need to reset the database (npm run start:reset)
