• Added homepage and homepage card folder
• Created a new fetch function in networking for groups
• Used a combination of tailwind and Scss to style the components
• Used use context on the homepage to pass the audience and change descriptions.
• Created jest and cypress tests for the homepage to test margins, colour and group render.
• Created jest and cypress tests for home page card to test screen sizes, description change and content retrieved

All tests, including cypress, passed on my machine and homepage loads nicely.

Theres this issue though that when we click on a topic on the homepage that is outside the div, it still takes to that topic but this seems to be the case for the relationcard too. Probably don't have to worry about it for this pr.

well spotted, this should be solved by the maximum-width ticket if it's implemented in the way we discussed this morning
