RelationCard whole div should be a link

User Story:

As a user, I want the entire RelationCard component to be a link so that I can more easily navigate to the related entity.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The RelationCard component should be updated to use the ReactRouter <Link /> element rather than useNavigation.
• The entire component, including any images and text, should be clickable and navigate to the related entity when clicked.
• The updated component should meet accessibility standards and be usable for users with disabilities.
• The updated component should accurately reflect the design and style of the application.
• The updated component should be tested and validated to ensure that it works as expected.
• The implementation should be documented and easily understandable for future developers.
• The implementation should be reviewed and approved by the development team and stakeholders.
