Removing all things mcpaste #17

There is a new version of the mcpaste addon which has an install script.

We probably won't remove it since it installs 1.0, and someone might want 1.0 for some reason. I had problems on my test panel, I don't know why, but installing 1.0 solved it and it was my test panel so I didn't care.
