Female Kerbals EVA with helmets on oxygen body: https://i.imgur.com/tJFFWKM.png Male Kerbals seems to work okay in IVA and EVA: https://i.imgur.com/cqCFZTW.png, https://i.imgur.com/Qfcigeq.png The vintage 'option' suit seems to work okay when selected: https://i.imgur.com/V99mzYX.png
For the above points, please ignore the fact the custom suit texture looks wrong, for KSP 1.5 the Kerbal suit changed and the old textures & UV maps are no longer appropriate.
