PDB file error #3

Hi all, I am using the code. I find that there is always a file error message that the protein chain is not recognised. There is no problem using the cif downloaded from RCSB PDB, but after converting my own pdb structure to cif (using pymol or chimerax), what is this modification that should be made? Thanks for your help.

On this site, the cif file obtained by converting the PDB file can be used. https://mmcif.pdbj.org/converter/index.php?l=en

Hi, Please kindly use maxit https://sw-tools.rcsb.org/apps/MAXIT/source.html to convert pdb to cif.
