MEK_Installer doesn't report some accelerator modules not being compiled #4

This issue is stale. The mechanism to report this is gone since accelerators are pre-compiled for Windows now, and we don't allow them to fail compiling anymore if on a platform that doesn't have pre-compiled wheels.
