Loads web3 from either metamask or HTTPProvider, currently hardcoded at localhost for development
Web3 / Contract loading state is displayed at the bottom, in future it will be a link to the etherscan
npm start runs also testrpc but it's not required yet, start:dev will run just the web server. If no testrpc is present just loading the contract will fail.
Stopping start keeps rpc running. I'm not sure yet if that's an issue with testrpc, npm-run-all or just my environment.
webpack throws warnings at purescript-ffi-utils because it provides a utility (unused here) for dynamic imports on nodejs env. I'm going to bump some of the purescript requirements soon and will check if the problem persists. - fixed, not sure how that works though
