Continous delivery to github pages #19

It would be great to have the latest master published to GitHub Pages. The application looks great. I think it is ready to be viewed without the hurdle of building the app.

What do you think @biern about bumping the priority of this issue?

I'm afraid right now it won't change much since testrpc with deployed contracts and possibly loaded fixtures will still be necessary for any kind of interaction.
