[x] Added routing
[x] Detect metamask account state and changes
[x] Add file signing capabilities
[x] Add transaction result pooling
[x] E2E tests rpc snapshot / reverts between tests
[x] Enhance the UI
[x] After successful signing tx if file wasn't signed show my account as its signer without reloading the page.
[x] Show indication if file is self signed
[x] Refactor a lot of stuff

@jstefanski Finally this PR can be considered done. Reviewing thoroughly so many changes might be impractical so I won't mind if you focus on testing the changes and providing some feedback on the UI :)
