- Auto-update SAR status to "System Located" when this occurs
- Update SAR overview to show "Locator" pilot's name
- Add two options for SAR data table view: summary and detail
- Allow "startagent" and "locateagent" for a given SAR to see sensitive details, even if they are not a coordinator
- Add "Declined - Duplicate" option to SAR status
