Sorting appears to be text based. Sorting on Opened appears to sort by month-day and time but treats all as if they were the same year. Last contact also appears to be text sorting so ascending we get:
01-01-19 00:00
01-02-18 00:00
01-02-19 00:00
01–03019 00:00
Etc.
This is fairly significant for my work flow as I sort this by last contact to review recent actions.
