Japanese translation for bounce method #273

I didn't test this in a browser, just replaced the text. Might want to fire it up just to double check it doesn't break horribly (soon I should get my local dev setup going...).

Also, I noticed the production site has the Korean translation but that is not reflected in the repo here. I added the link but wasn't sure how (if there's a way for me) to get the source php that's being used there to update this repo.

Anyway just a heads up, might have to merge the two.

I'll have to look at this later today. Sorry my Korean changes didn't make it into the master branch quickly enough!

hmm I suppose it would be more consistent to add links to the _ja page on the _ko and _ru pages too. Will see if I can find a minute to add that to this PR unless someone else wants to
