During the recent debrief of a rescue for a visually impaired pilot we discussed case issues with passwords. In the case of the visually impaired pilot their screen reading software did not clearly distinguish between upper and lower case (only a change in inflection) so it took a few tries to get the cache open. For other pilots copy and paste does not always work so they manually enter the passwords but it can be an issue when there are similar character. eg. lI or O0
Since it is highly unlikely anyone will be brute forcing access to a cache the simple solution is to only use lower case characters in the password along with the numbers.
