Admin Report of all systems with unaligned caches #343

A simple list of the systems with unaligned caches would suffice. It can be in the same section as the medals and no sow requests and such.

@adeadparrot Can you tell me where I might find this info stored? I thought it would be [caches][aligned], but every record has a value of "1", so I am guessing this is not used. Please advise.
