Agent popup - can't select both probes/launcher & filament option when entering agent. #356

When logging in an Agent, it is not possible to select the means of rescue to be both Scanner&Probes and Filament. Only one of the checkmark can be clicked on at a time, not both, meaning that is impossible to mark a totally empty cache in case the pilot elects to take both means of rescue to have more options for themselves. Please make it so we can have both checkmark selected when submitting an Agent action.

This is code that @adeadparrot changed, so I don't want to mess with it without his input. Parrot, I see we only store on value for "eq_used" when addActivityNew fires. What happens with that value? Is it used in a check anywhere? Can we include a third option for when both filament and probes/scanner are used?

@adeadparrot This one does not seem to be resolved yet. Did the commit referenced above ever get deployed to production?
