Cache notes are not showing up on tend/sow panel when editing a cache #363

If I edit a cache and add a new note, the note doesn't show up on the sow/tend table. It does show on the separate "Cache notes" section though. See J162816 / the sow made by Tekufah on YC122-Nov-06 21:53:04
