Setting up a simple scene for the demo to get it to work on conjunction with the movement/pcg/demo content for Star Sailors

Working on minimap now (hello => #7)

There will be an option for the minimap to be increased in size & features in the skill tree @Nathan5563 @Signal-K/unified-crew

Let's also evaluate if doing this with Render Textures is better than Unity Game Creator
