Just starting up a new NextJS Application to start fresh, without all the duplicate/unused components, tech debt & bloat…

[Initial] Goals for this ticket will be to start the new user flows & stories, and allow users to post, browse content, and see their inventory, as well as provide a pathway for later re-integration/merge with the original codebase.
