After thorough investigation of production data analysis it turns out we do not need container state check it is more harmful than useful in most of the cases because Exit state of container can show error even if container was forcefully closed by user.

Honestly the only way to test it is on users :) I've reproduced false positives and it worked as expected in 90% of the cases.
