After initial investigation, we can't highlight the docker desktop icon in the system toolbar.
Maybe we can show some "notification dot" next to the extension name. We can try it with the Toast API: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/extensions-sdk/dev/api/reference/interfaces/Toast/
