True wind #161

True wind doesnt say the same in kip and freeboard

Are you suggesting that KIP and Freeboard-SK configuration should be the same (synchronised)?

There is an intent to be able to specify "global" configuration for apps to use. This would be a feature of the signalk-server, the ability to specify a number of options that apps can retrieve and then apply.

In the pictures you can see that mxtommy kip and freeboard don't give consistent data on true wind. I don't know how to solve it... I don't know if tommy kip is correct or freeboard... It souds good be able to have a specify "global" configuration for apps to use on them but is your conclusion ;) and souds good. for example with that true wind and apparent wind must give the same values.

I will test to see that the vector is rendering correctly and if not release a fix.
