fix true wind angle #12

If there isn't any true wind everything is fine (it will be calculate correct (see http://demo.signalk.org/sailgauge/) but if there is environment.wind.speedTrue, it uses the true wind speed for wind speed and wind angle (see bin/nmea-from-file).
