Corrected insertion of surfaceToTransducer, transducerToKeel and zonres into model. Changed depth.belowSurface.meta.displayUnit to depth.meta.userUnit Made corresponding changes in DepthHandler, Util and SignalKModelFactory.

Program now appears to be working properly.
