based on a conversation in Slack - https://signalk-dev.slack.com/archives/C03F1MKQG/p1634558876371800 I have updated navigation.courseGreatCircle.nextPoint.eta --> navigation.courseGreatCircle.nextPoint.estimatedTimeOfArrival to comply with a more standard path

Can you change this to send both paths incase anyone is already using it?
