Is there any way possible to get resi9-support? Im thinking of readings from the powertags.

Do you have access to the device you want the app to support?

yes

Can you provide basic zigbee info of the device? Manufacturer name: Product id: Device id: Profile id:

Link to Schneider Electric product page (english/swedish)

Please provide link to deviceInfo() if possible. pastebin.com

Hi, I think you are talking about Wiser Energy. If I'm not mistaken Resi9 is the electrical panel line that is compatible with "the click-on" Wiser Energy Power tags.

I got a few of the powertags and gateway and have been trying to add support for the tags itself, but I haven't had any success with getting them to work. Probably i'm going to try to add support for the Wiser Energy Gateway instead at some time.

Right now the wiser app isn't my highest priority in life, and the little time I got for it is focused on getting more Wiser products added.

Ok! Yes it is the energy powertags I was thinking of! Probably a good idea to concentrate on the gateway if you were to continue this path. It would be nice to be able to extract current data and so on. Thanks for your response!

What have been the difficulties adding the power tags? Are they're not joining the zigbee network or do they not report correct values?

Not connecting. Think they are using Zigbee Green Power which is not supported in Homey

Hi, Powertags are now available to add in Wiser Gateway as beta in version 1.67.4 and app-version 7.67.2. Maybe it will now be easier to add support for them in Homey? I have one PowerTag connected to my wiser gateway as a test, and it is showing current power in kW and the consumption for the day/week/month/year.

I think sniffing while pairing it with the Schneider gateway would be helpful. See how sniffing is made https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/advanced/zigbee/04_sniff_zigbee_traffic.html#with-cc2531

Without the wiser energy gateway?

Hi again, yes you can now pair it directly to the Wiser Gateway, but when I read more about your app I realize that you connect the devices to Homey without using the gateway, so this will will probably not help then.
