Homey unable to change dimming level for Dimmer Module #44

I have a CCT5010-0001 dimmer that I have recently paired with my Homey Pro. I can turn it on/off with the Homey app but I am not able to set the dimming level from the app. When using the dimmer slider in the app nothing happens to the dimming level. I could see that Homey reads the new dimming value but it is not propagated to the dimmer module. I can also see that Homey reads the new dimming level if changed manually with the push buttton.

com.se.wiserapp version: 0.2.3 (also tested with experimental version 0.3.0) Homey Pro version: 7.2.1 Dimmer Module fw version: 2.1.0. To be able to pair the dimmer at all I had to update the firmware version, It was initially on version 2.0.1

Can you set dim level once in the app then submit a diagnostics report (in the wiser app settings) and post the id you get?

I have looked at the logs and and it is not only the dim commands that fail, it is also on / off. The error message that appears is "The device is not responding, make sure the device has power." Just to rule out range, place Homey as close to the Wiser puck as possible.

Thanks for checking, I put Homey less than a meter from the Dimmer puck and did some tests. That was the closest I could get since I have now mounted the dimmer in a wall box.

Random dimming and on/off tests from push button and homey app: ae7657c9-0dee-4ad8-9030-9ab44d7f09c9

Last thing done here. Off and then On from Homey app: 04e3791d-ddfa-4b0b-b15b-6180c09f5d85

Last thing done in this log: Off and then push dimmer slider to turn on in Homey app. Light goes on at lowest level when using the slider bar in the app. cd3a2904-d82f-48f9-be63-3b1bf11a814c

I did not notice any lack of response when using the upp to turn the dimmer on or off. But dimming level cannot be set.

I noticed another thing in the device log. When I try to change the dimming from the app, it comes up as an activity initiated from the push button "Schneider Electric" even though it was done from the Homey app. Not sure if it means anything
