List of employees departments P&V and S&R #124

If we assign a signal to the departments Projectmanagement & voorbereiding or to Sport & recreatie and want to assign the signal to an employee, we'll see the list of employees of the previous assigned department. If there is no previous assigned department, you will not see the field Toegewezen aan.

This occurs on the test and acceptance environment.
