A user with "Leesrechten" is able to apply a filter.
However, creating and saving the filter is not possible.
For this action the role/right "Schrijfrechten" is needed.
Please extract this particular right from "Schrijfrechten".
I would like to be able to use this right separtely (in a group/role) or add the right to "Leesrechten".
