Log shows incorrect information when a ticket is split #135

Signal 631 is split by a user. The logging does not show the e-mailadres of the user but simply "Signalen systeem". This is incorrect and confusion. After splitting a signal the logging should register the e-mailadres of the user.

Could this be corrected please?

When a signal is split, (assigned to parent) there is no data stored for the user. It's not on the signal object, so not really easy to retrieve. This 'history' is also special, since its not a history (you cannot have multiple entries) the way it is currently build.
