As we are developing with more teams now, maybe we should introduce a changelog?

We could automatically generate the changelog by using Conventional Commit messages and Semantic release or a similar tool. An example can be found here.
Maybe we can start including issue numbers in the commit messages, instead of the code? Issue numbers have little meaning in the code. And this also helps product managers to see if specific issues are released yet.
