Filter is not saved when "Stadsdeel" is selected #112

Describe the bug When creating a filter with one or more "Stadsdelen" as selection criteria, the filter does not save. It shows te results correctly, however, when I go to "Mijn filters" the filter has not been saved.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Afhandelen'
  2. Click on 'Filteren'
  3. Type a Filternaam to be able to save the filter
  4. Select one or more "Stadsdeel", for example: Engelen
  5. Click on 'Opslaan en filteren'
  6. Click on 'Mijn filters'
  7. Your created and saved filter is not present

Expected behavior After giving my filter a name and pressing the button "Opslaan en filteren" I expect the filter to be saved and present in the list "Mijn filters" so I can apply the filter again. The filter is not saved and therefore not present.

This is a high priority issue and should be resolved before livegang 's-Hertogenbosch.
