NERVA Naming Confusion #1

As bugs go, pretty trivial; but each new user must unravel this confusion.

These two:

  1. title = Radial NE-400 Open-Cycle Nuclear Engine
    • name = 1x1NucENG
    • file = Parts/Engine/LLL2x1Engine/1x1.cfg
  2. title = NE-400 Radial NERVA
    • name = 1x1NucENGRAD
    • file = Parts/Engine/LLL2x1Engine/RadialNERVA.cfg

... are, near as I can tell, identical except for form factor and mass. Above (1) is axial or stack mount; (2) is radial mount. (1) is just a tad more massive. Otherwise, all specifications are alike.

I suggest that two such similar engines bear similar user-readable titles; yet not in the way they do now, which is misleading. They should have similar but different numbers and the axial/stack mount, certainly, ought not be titled "radial".

Workaround: I have patched my copy: -title = Radial NE-400 Open-Cycle Nuclear Engine +title = NE-300 Axial NERVA

What version are you using? The only recent release with these names/file structure is in 'LLL-Lite', which was discontinued half a year ago.

Right, LLL-Lite. I have no idea about discontinuance. I won't bother to argue that, either; when I get to an upgrade I'll just discard parts I don't want.

I should probably update -Lite at some point really.
