Language concepts downloaded from catalog.clarin.eu/ds/ComponentRegistry/rest/registry/components/clarin.eu:cr1:c_1271859438110
Language concepts transformed to JSON and stored in the repo (unlikely to change for the most part)
Revert back to less database intensive way of getting translations for ECV glosses
