Random Values - 0.4.0 Compatibility and Bugfixes

• Add missing abstraction methods so plugin loads in 0.4.0
• Move functions to a class
• Significantly shorten command strings to take up 50% less prompt space
• Update tests to support automatic unit testing via CI
• Update documentation to reflect new command names, and use the correct class name for the Allow list.
