Summary 💡

Add the following to the CI engine:

• [x] Calculate the code coverage for each PR -> Shown Publicly in #2628
• [x] Automatically Size PRs into the following t-shirt categories -> Done in #2467
  • S: 10 lines changed or less
  • M: 50 lines changed or less
  • L: 200 lines changed or less
  • XL: more than 201 lines changed
• [x] Automatically calculate the change in code coverage for each PR for the lines changed in the PR
• [ ] For each of the following sizes, require the following coverage
  • S: No coverage
  • M: 99% coverage of changed code
  • L: 85% coverage of changed code
  • XL: 70% coverage of changed code
