Can't parse pdf files due to PyPDF2 import error #4069

Steps to reproduce 🕹

  1. put a pdf file into the auto_gpt_workspace directory
  2. ask auto-GTP to do some analysis on it
  3. Accept the steps in wich it will create a .py to load the pdf within PyPDF2 module

Current behavior 😯

Auto_GPT can't load PyPDF2 module even if it's installed in the environment. I also added it to requirements.txt and still getting the same error

Expected behavior 🤔

PDF file well parsed and analysed

tracked in #2972 #3031 but also this isn't a supported behavior rn

I'm experiencing the very same problem. pyPDF2 is succesfully installed by the agent, then it cannot run the script because import PyPDF2 gets an error.

I have solved this issue by running this in my cmd: pip install pypdf
