tracked in #2972 #3031 but also this isn't a supported behavior rn
I'm experiencing the very same problem. pyPDF2 is succesfully installed by the agent, then it cannot run the script because import PyPDF2 gets an error.

I have solved this issue by running this in my cmd: pip install pypdf
