Describe your issue.

I asked AutoGPT to search for a technical paper using the following prompt:

I want AutoGPT to find a paper on approximation ratio of deep learning for optimization

However, I received the following result. It appears that AutoGPT encountered an error while attempting to browse the web due to Google's blocking of automated queries. Does this mean that AutoGPT does not utilize Google's custom search API? How can I instruct AutoGPT to use the custom search API for web browsing not to encounter the blocking?

NEXT ACTION:  COMMAND = browse_website ARGUMENTS = {'url': 'https://scholar.google.com/', 'question': 'approximation ratio of deep learning for optimization'}
SYSTEM: Command browse_website returned: Answer gathered from website: The text does not provide any information about the approximation ratio of deep learning for optimization. It only mentions that Google cannot process a request due to the possibility of automated queries from the user's computer or network.
