Double-click the Photoshop ATN File to install OR:
Open a new Finder Window
Press Command + Shift + Go
Type the following: Users/[insert your username here, without brackets]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2022/Presets/Actions
Drag the ATN File into this folder and restart Photoshop if it is open.

Now with your Inverted IR Negative opened into Photoshop, access the Actions panel (Window>Actions). Find and select the Dust Removal Action and press "Play." Once completed, use the Spot Healing Tool or Stamp Tool to further adjust the dust removal. Optionally, use a layer mask and with a small brush set to black to paint away odd artifacts.
