Add support for Folia #1

It's a survival friendly plugin and supports high versions I like it a lot, but I wish you could make it support Folia!

I haven't worked with Folia before but I'll give it a shot.

@paqi-cry I've updated the plugin to work on Folia 1.20.4. I'm not sure if I am going to integrate folia support into the main branch. You can find the source code on the folia-support branch of this repo. There's still one bug (legacy color codes from messages.yml aren't interpreted correctly), so I will not close this issue yet. Let me know if you don't know how to / can't compile the plugin from that branch and I'll do a gituhub release of the jar or something similar.
