Floating holidays at the end of the month do not work properly.
The tournament in Rivilauken takes 2 days from the last market and Praios day of Rondra. However, if the 30th is the market day, the second tournament day would be in the next month. However, neither does FE show the second day in the next month, nor does it choose the correct days which would be a week earlier to avoid the carry over.
All in all it seems that floating holidays counting from the end of the month do not work properly, in general. Only the first day is considered.
